2. All rubber materials are available.
Silicone, EPDM, NR, NBR, SBR, CR, IIR (Butyl), IR, ACM, PU, FKM (Viton) and HNBR, especially foam-rubber in Natural, EPDM and silicone are all available. Of course, all colorful or tran***rent rubber can be offered. Our engineers will suggest you which rubber and color are suitable for your usages.
3. Most importantly, we have advanced unvulcanized rubber-making machines and vulcanizers.
a,Banbury, kneaders and mixing mills for producing unvulcanized rubber enable us to control the hardness and quality well.
b,Rubber-injection and vacuum vulcanizers with processing ability of 45, 50, 65, 100, 165 and 200 tons can produce rubber parts with very slim lines and smooth surface. Especially, the defection rate will be low. Therefore, both high quality and low price can be achieved here.
4. Various special testing instruments for rubber
Electrical ovens for aging resistance test, CNC electronic pulling machines for tensility test, metal boxes with plate inside to test vulcanization and durometers can accurately make our rubber parts meet your requirements, like ASTM standard.
